Villa Stresov was rebuilt in 1996 as a five-star luxury property by the Bulgarian-American family of Marianne Djidrova Nielsen, a granddaughter of the Stresovs, and Philip R. Nielsen, her husband, in its original Swiss style used 70 years earlier. The elegant Villa Stresov is the perfect mountain setting. Imported upscale décor and equipment are featured, including flat-panel high definition TVs and minibars in each guestroom. Its ultra-modern kitchen adjacent to the panelled dining room and bar, is ideal for preparing and serving delicious meals or entertaining.
